JOB ADVERTISEMENT

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance or any related field.


• Proven experience in accounting or finance, with at least two years in a
supervisory role.
• CPA license is a plus but not required.
• Has a background in bank reconciliation, tax filing, and monthly closing of
financial statements.
• Proficiency in any accounting software, advantage if SAP B1 Hana.
• Ability to work under pressure, accurately, and with minimal supervision.
• Can perform other related duties as assigned. Willing to be assigned in
Ortigas, Pasig City.

HR ASSISTANT

• Bachelor’s graduate with a Psychology, Human Resource Development, or


other related course.
• Atleast 1 year related experience in Shipping industry is a plus.
• Must have good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Willing to travel.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

CREWING RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT (LOCAL SHIPPING)

• Graduate of Psychology, HRDM or any Business Related course


• Must have knowledge with the end-to-end process in shipping recruitment is a
plus.
• With Two (2) Years work experience is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must have Good Communications Skills both oral and written.

• With at least two years of working experience in software development and
maintenance.
• Work location: Port Area, Manila, for an on-site arrangement.
• Willing to travel if required for system maintenance and implementation.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

• Ability to handle sensitive financial information.
• Familiarity with Accounting and Microsoft Software.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

TICKETING ASSISTANT

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course. With good customer service


experience.
• Must be organized, detailed-oriented, and can shift quickly between a variety
of tasks with ease.
• Must be articulate and has good communication skills.

VSO/ MARSHALL

• Graduate of any four years’ course.


• With relevant work experience in port operation is a plus.

PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

• Must be a graduate in BS Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or any


businessrelated course.
• With at least three years of work experience as a purchasing supervisor.
• Knowledgeable in supply chain procedure, administration and management.
• SAP background is a plus.
• Knowledge in vessel equipment and supplies procurement is a plus.
• Completes other related projects as assigned. Shall be assigned in Pasig
City.

OPERATION ENGINEER

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering.


• Knowledgeable in optimizing operational processes and using technical skills
to perform any necessary action.
• Must be analytical, innovative, and have logical reasoning ability.

MARINE SUPERINTENDENT

• OIC License, with onboard experience.


• Responsible for monitoring the vessel compliance to all safety management
requirements, safe navigation of the vessels, deck and safety concerns of the
fleet, terminal and branch operations.
• Provides operational assistance to vessels and management Must be
computer literate and with driver license.

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree.


• With at least two years’ experience in purchasing, logistics, inventory, or
warehouse management.
• Monitor daily activities, such as receiving, storing, and distributing supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and do routine stock checks to maintain accuracy.
• Conduct inventory control and coordinate with procurement for stock
replenishment.
• With good time management and communication skills.
• Good attention to details and punctuality. Shall be assigned in Batangas
Port.

COMPANY DRIVER

• With Driver's License Res. of 1,2,3


• Willing to travel inside and outside Metro Manila Shall be
assigned in Pasig City.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE OFFICER

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree in hospitality or any related course.


• At least three years of related working experience in hospitality or food and
beverage operations in the shipping industry.
• Responsible for assisting in the supervision of the F&B department, staff
management, and ensuring the highest possible performance.
• With good communication and must be customer-oriented. Willing to travel
for work.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Advertising, or any


Business related course.
• Must have established work experience in handling administrative tasks and
project management.
• Must be excellent in written and verbal communication; can meet deadlines in
a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates who are highly trainable are encourage to apply.
• Willing to travel for work.
• Shall be assigned in Batangas Port / Mindoro.
