TASK OUSTANDING'S
Neutral from main distribution board at MCC2
Installation of DB at MCC2
Moving the cable drums from Lime biulding to outside
Cable racking in MCC3
MDB supply cable termination to MCC rooms
Meggering of pulled cables on MCC1 and MCC2

MAIN CHALLENGES
Dumper to combine all the incomer(transformer low voltage
side) and outgoing neutrals from MDB is not available from
store.
DB's are not available from store.
Mechanical people were not available to start create wrack
for cables at the Lime biulding
Meggering tester was sent for calibration test, we are still
waiting for it.

Cable is damage by the constructor at MCC3, cable does not

have enough slack, also joint-kit not available from store.

Trench from MCC2 to Lime biulding and MCC1 needs to be

open again due to lack of communication between electrical
and civil engineer. Cable must be 400 from the ground level.

COMMENT
Communication is the most important key within working
environment,cause it not repeating task's. Also assist on time
saving, completing task on time.

Process of purchasing must be check or changed so that

materials will be received on time, also assist on time saving.
