RESOLUTION REQUEST TO HON. DAKILA CARLO E. CUA PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR, PROVINCE OF

QUIRINO TO PLEASE ALLOCATE FUND FOR THE ADDITIONAL LIVELIHOOD PROJECT FOR THE MEMBERS
OF THE INDIGENOUS GROUP OF BARANGAY PINARIPAD SUR, AGLIPAY, QUIRINO.

WHEARES, the said additional fund will be used in addition of the fund given to the members of
Indigenous People (IP)

WHEREAS, the said additional fund given to the IP members are a big help to them to start a livelihood
project that will serve and generate additional income for the organization.

WHEREAS, the body approved for the additional livelihood project for the indigenous members of
Barangay Pinaripad Sur, Aglipay, Quirino.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to our humbly request Hon. Dakila Carlo E. Cua, Provincial
Governor of Quirino Province to please allocate fund for the livelihood project of the Indigenous
Member of Barangay Pinaripad Sur, Aglipay, Quirino.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copy of this Resolution to be forwarded to the office of the Provincial
Governor Hon. Dakila Carlo E. Cua for this immediate action and approval.
