2. Passport copy old and new
3. Recently taken two passport-size photos (3.5mm X 4.5mm)
4. Plan of Tour / Invitation Letter / Forwarding letter / Cover letter
5. Bank statement at last 6 months (Personal & Business)
6. Air Ticket and Hotel Booking
7.Trade License (Translated in English and notarized)
8. TIN certificate
9. For The Employee- Employment certificate mentioning with joining date,
designation & salary / NOC / Job ID Card
Additional Documents:
Business Visit: If accompanied by spouse & children
1. Photocopy of the forwarding letter (signed by the principal applicant) mentioning members name
and passport number and supporting documents of principal applicant need to be attached in each
application if traveling with SPOUSE, CHILDREN OR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS.
2. The proof to show the Bangladeshi Company is actively running. (E.g. Invoice, brochure etc.)
3. An invitation letter from the fair organizer (only for TRADE FAIR).
