Due to the nature of the fault and time to trouble shoot, please see the recovery plan attached to this
report. This will show our recovery timeframe to be out of backlog. 1 other part number affected and
a recovery plan is also in use for this.

Containment Actions: (What did you do to fix the issue?)


There was a crash in Mold Press 9 which part number 123456-100 run in. The press jammed shut
with the tool in situe and was unable to be released until a service center supported the fix of the
issue. Service reps reported that the actual cause was a sensor wire cruch which caused a short upon Completion:
