SOLVRON® is a biodegradable synthetic yarn made of Polyvinyl Alcohol(PVA), and
easily dissolvable in water without any chemical agents.

SOLVRON® can be dissolved and
removed over 30℃.

SOLVRON® has high tenacity over 3 cN/dtex
as a water-soluble yarn.

・Wide Range of Fineness

31dtex～330dtex
31dtex is the thinnest among the
water-soluble yarns in the world. Therefore,

This application offers a softness and excellent
water absorbency effect.
A Natural fiber is doubled along with
SOLVRON® and wound in the reverse direction
of the natural fiber.
After dissolving the SOLVRON®, fabrics that are
created from twistless pure natural fibers are
available.

By covering ultra-fine yarn/fluffy yarn with SOLVRON® breakage can be

Cutting knitted wire mesh causes wire fragments to scatter.
Solvron can be used to support separation and reduce the generation and
scattering of metal fragments.

Usage of Solvron®’s Shrinkage
Example: Dampening Roller Cover for
offset printing machine(*)
(*)Printing method utilizing the repellent of water and ink.

There is a dampening roller to supply water in an offset

printing machine. A cover is put on the roller, and it stabilizes
the water supply. The diameters of the rollers vary greatly.
Solvron® High shrinking type SHC is knitted in the cover, and it
has an effect of fitting on the various diameters by the
shrinking power of type SHC.
