Amnesty International is an international human rights organisation.

This
organisation brings out independent reports on the violation of human rights all
over the world.

Human trafficking consists of transporting, recruiting, transferring, harbouring


and receiving of persons by using means like force, threat or coercion. The
ultimate purpose of these acts and means is to use these individuals for the
purpose of exploitation.

Fundamental rights are the basic human rights enshrined in the Constitution
of India which are guaranteed to all citizens. They are applied without
discrimination on the basis of race, religion, gender, etc.

It is a legal document issued by the court that orders a person or entity to


perform a specific act or to cease performing a specific action or deed.

Begar is a practice where the worker is forced to render service to the ‘Master’
free of charge or at a nominal remuneration. When this practice takes place
on a life-long basis, it is called the practice of bonded labour.

P.I.L is a practice or a technique that focuses on the citizens of a country.


P.I.L is to protect the people of the nation.

A secular state is one that does not consider anyone's religion as an official
religion. A secular state also treats all its citizens equally, regardless of
religion.

In a democracy like India, rights play a critical role in its functioning by availing
political, economic, and social rights to citizens. Rights are also important to protect
the interests of minorities and to maintain equality.

The Right To Freedom gives a person the right to live and work freely, without
interference from the state. The Significance of the Right To Freedom is it
ensures that all people are treated equally and have the same rights. It also
protects people from being arbitrarily detained or imprisoned.

Article The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the
