Discussed the status of the previous meeting minutes and the committee discussed in length
regarding the safety aspects of dairy and decided to concentrate on the following.

Minutes Of the present Meeting held on Dt: 24/05/2024

1. A Type Ladder and scaffold required for height works maintenance of water, steam and
electrical works.
2. Mark flow directions on various pipe lines in the processing shed.
3. Water curtain arrangement over the ammonia receivers to contain the ammonia gas
leakage.
4. Firefighting training required to workers and employees.
5. Eye wash fountain required near acid storage tanks.
6. Emergency exit boards and safety caution display boards to be fixed
7. Smoke detectors to be fixed in curd bucket daily storage room and smoke detectors caps to
be removed
