2. Admission Confirmation: Admission is subject to availability and fulfilment of the eligibility

criteria. Confirmation will be provided after verification of documents.

3. Fee Payment: Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course. Payment plans
are available on request.

4. Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory. Absences must be justified with valid reasons and
prior notice.

5. Conduct : Students are expected to maintain decorum and discipline within the institute premises.
Any form of misconduct may result in disciplinary action.

6. Course Materials: All course materials provided by the institute are for the enrolled student's use
only and must not be shared or distributed.

7. Refund Policy : Registration fees once paid are refundable if a cancellation request is made at
least 15 days prior to the course commencement. Application fees are non-refundable.

8. Privacy Policy : Personal information collected will be used solely for admission and academic
purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Changes to Terms : The institute reserves the right to update or modify these terms and
