WHEREAS this matter is fixed for Argument on the 29th of November 2022,

AND WHEREAS, The complainant has taken a disaster loan of Rs from the
respondent company and from that loan the complainant has to pay a further amount of
Rs 2000000 and the plaintiff has defaulted on the payment of the outstanding loan and

AND WHEREAS, the respondent company may be given the opportunity to reduce the
outstanding loan amount and pay the remaining amount to the complainant. I respectfully
request your honors court to amend the order given on 08th of May 2024.

AND WHEREAS, the counsel of respondent submitted the relevant documents to support
this application.

Also, I respectfully request that this case be called on May 29, 2024 to give further
submission regarding this request.

AND WHEREAS, the counsel for the Accused Appellant tender apology to your
Lordship, for any inconvenience which may be caused to Your Lordship due to this
application.
