1. finished to take SCN10a td Tomato sympathetic trunk

2. check the fluorescence of it on microscope

results : difference of fluorescence between both sides (more fluoresence on left side
compared to right side)

but its not clear yet, because of still covered by many tissues-> need to clear tissue first.

next to do :

1. finishing clear tissue on SCN10a sympathetic trunk, then recheck the fluorescence of it.

2. start experiment to check sympathetic trunk on NPYcre-tdTomato
