Medical Representative Job

Location: Nairobi Kenya

We are a leading pharmaceutical distributor in Kenya, seeking to hire a medical representative

to join our team. The main role of the medical representative is to promote and sell our
pharmaceutical and nutraceuticals products to healthcare providers among other duties as listed
below.

Duties

 Achieve set sales and call targets.

 Track and provide regular reports on individual performance and market intelligence.
 Serve as a feedback mechanism between the Company and the customers.
 Effectively implement set sales and marketing strategies through training and
distribution of promotional materials.
 Work with other Company representatives to ensure product supply is uninterrupted at
the pharmacy level.
 Ensure timely payment and collections on sales made.
 Bring new customers and maintain a long-lasting business relationship with existing
customers.
 Visit retail chemists to ensure the company’s products are available.
 Attend regular training programmed for updating medical as well as pharmaceutical
knowledge.

Qualifications
 A bachelor’s degree or accredited Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics, or a closely
related scientific field.
 At least two (2) years of experience promoting nutraceutical products.
 Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
 Maintain excellent customer relationship skills, foster positive interactions, and build
rapport with clients.
 Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) are highly encouraged to apply.
