Sub: - Customs – Refund Claim for Rs.40, 43,254/- Show Cause Notice No.
III/20/42/2022-Refund dated 26.12.2022 issued by the Assistant
Commissioner of Customs (Refund), Custom House, Tuticorin

Please refer to our section UO Note dated 11.07.2023 in C. No.

VIII/20/42/2022-REF. In this regard the following points may please be
clarified.

1. In the Operational Creditors list, the Arrears of Custom House, Tuticorin

is positioned at Sl. No. 11. And it is noticed from the list that the arrears
claimed by Custom House is yet to be admitted. It may please be informed
whether the recoverable arrears claimed have been admitted in the process
of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.

2. Has the Resolution Professional for M/s. Coastal Energen Pvt. Ltd
Chennai declared the detailed list of the prospective amount of
receivables/payables/assets/liabilities/inventory from the corporate
debtor?

If so, the copy of the same may please be provided.
