REF: MINISTRIES & PLATFORM OF EXECELLENCE

This letter serves as a request for names of all our Youth who have excelled in different academic
disciplines. The hallmark platform of excellence is there to recognise and encourage our youths to pursue
excellence in their academic endeavours. Awards will be presented at the Rufaro National Youth
Conference.

As such the platform will recognise students who have achieved: Ordinary Level-7 As and Above,
Advanced Level-15 Points in 3 subjects, Degree Level- 1st Class, Master’s Degree Level- Distinction and
PHD and Doctorate Degree.

Also youths who are interested to perform at the forth coming Rufaro National Youth Conference or with
ministries are to submit their names to their Provincial Youth Secretaries first for vetting before the final
list is submitted by the Provincial Youth Secretaries to the National Youth Secretary.
