RENT AGREEMENT

This Deed of Rent Agreement is made and executed at Dehradun on this 1 Day of April 2024
between.

Smt Vinita kala W/O Sanjay Kala Residence of 5/6 Old Survey Road, Dehradun 248001
Uttarakhand , hereinafter called the OWNER / FIRST PARTY.

AND

Mr. Sameer S/O Tasleem Ahmed Residence of 59, Azad Colony, Govind Garh, Dehradun
Uttarkhand 248001, hereinafter called the TENANT/SECOND PARTY.

The words and expression LANDLORD and TENANT shall mean and include their legal heirs,
successors, assignees, adminstrators and legal representatives respectively.

Whereas the LANDLORD is the Absolute owner and in possession of Shop no. 8 Cross Road
mall , Near Nany’s bakery Dehradun 248001 Uttarakhand, and whereas the TENANT has
approached the OWNER for taking of the above said property with complete fitting &
fixtures, on monthly rent basis for Commercial following terms and conditions:-

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER:-

1. That the said tenancy has commenced from 25.04.2024 for the period of 2 MONTHS.
2. That the Tenant shall pay to the Owner a Security Deposit of Rs. 50,000/- ( Fifty
thousand rupees Only) through UPI/CASH.....................................
3. That all the Electrical and other fittings and fixtures and appliances in the premises
shall be handed over from the Owner to the Tenant in good working condition.
4. That the Tenant shall sublet use property for commercial activity.
5. That is during the period of tenancy any minor wear and tear should be bear by the
tenant at her own.
6. That both the parties shall observe and adhere to the terms and conditions
contained hereinabove.
7. In case of any dispute to this agreement and the clauses herein, the same will be
settled in the jurisdiction of the Dehradun civil courts
8. That the tenant should not install any electrical item without prior written
permission of the owner and if do so electricity bill should be extra paid as per
consumption.
9. That the Tenant and Owners represent and warrant that they are fully empowered
and competent to make this security deposit. That both the parties have read over
 and understood all the contents of this agreement and have signed the same
without any force or pressure from any side
