DRILL SCENARIO:

1700 ALARM SOUNDED AND ANNOUNCE BY PA TO MUSTER AT MUSTER STATION

1703 ALL CREW PROCEEDED TO MUSTER STATION.HEAD COUNT TAKEN AND REPORTED TO THE BRIDGE
1707 INSTRUCTIONS RECEIVED FROM MASTER TO CONDUCT MOCK DRILL ON HEAVY WEATHER.
1710 Check whether all movable objects been secured above and below decks particularly in E/R, Galley and
store rooms, paint locker, boson store.
1713 Check whether ships accommodation been secured and all ports and deadlights closed.
1717 Scuppers and outlets to be kept open on deck
1720 Ballast condition to be checked and conveyed with C/O and Master
1728 Crew to be warned to avoid using / going to upper deck areas as it is dangerous in heavy Wx instructions to be issued
on following: monitoring Wx reports, transmitting Wx reports to the appropriate authorities or in case of tropical storms,
danger messages in accordance with SOLAS
1730 DRILL CARRIED OUT AS PER COMPANIES EMERGENCY CONTENGENCY PLAN.
