Organize my time better when it comes to work

Knowledge I want to gain knowledge in the place I was assigned, I want fulfill it
because it will expand my learning.
Strong friendships, Building a strong friendships with my workmates is one of the
best achievements i want to have.
Be confident When it comes to work and be responsible.
Patients is a virtue so I’ll maintain my long patient with everything to further
improve the task i assign to do.
Narrative

I am Cedrick Lei Balaag, and the thing I want to share with everyone while I am in
OJT is that the first thing I did while I was in OJT was to sweep the entire parking
lot and the entire front gate of our institution, and after that, it became our routine
every morning. After three days, our routine was to sweep, and then in the
afternoon, we would clean the cottages. After two days, our morning routine was
new again.We sweep, and after we sweep, we guard the gate, and at the same time,
we assist the guests, and that is became our permanent routine.
Reflection
I discovered during my OJT that you should always pay attention to your superior.
Do what you are asked to do, regardless of how difficult it may be. I also learned to
be innovative and considerate of other people. Paying attention in front of your
superior and refraining from using a cell phone even during break timeis another
lesson I picked up from my OJT experience.
