Purpose of processing personal data with FS Mobility application includes organising of the work, working hour monitoring and
monitoring and improving of employment safety including accident management and protecting vital interests of employees.
Personal data which are processed: name, email, accdom, SAP HR ID, working hours and Incident injury information.
The data is processed by team leaders and coordinators, health and safety personnel to perform their work-related duties

1) Request FS mobility access from IM Service Portal: click here for the link.
• if selecting a new user, the profile should be “FSM Engineer”
• If selecting an existing user, then the permission set is “FSMobility App”
FS Mobility can always be downloaded manually from Intune by anyone in Wärtsilä. It’s however
recommended to be included in AD Group FIG0998 to receive automatic updates whenever a new
version of FS Mobility is released.
When the app is opened for the first time, user is asked to login with their Wärtsilä credentials.
The first thing to do is to check that correct server is used to login to. Correct server in FS Mobility is:
