Features Descriptions
Add daily maintenance feature
This is a feature exclusive to Teams and is provided by the Teams app. By default, the device will automatically
restart between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM, based on its local time zone. If the device is actively being used during this
period and the window is closed, the restart will be rescheduled for the next day. IT administrators can disable this
function or adjust the restart window in the device settings. Support for these administrative controls will soon be
available through the Teams admin center.

1. As requested by UC platform providers, resetting the device to the factory is required when
switching from/to Teams and Zoom and RingCentral, Bluejeans platforms, this version is restricted to
downgrade to any previous version.

Features Descriptions
Add RingCentral, BlueJeans into one unified firmware
You can choose RingCentral/BlueJeans as UC Provider while OOBE.
Brand-new Video Wall function

You can set the length and width of the video fence in Device Settings > Camera > Advanced > Video Wall.

While you set the video fence, auto-framing and speaker tracking will conduct people tracking based on the
fence range you set.

Supported Talkers Tracking on A30

This feature can bring you a superb video-conferencing experience when people are having discussions in
meetings.

You can set the talker tracking timer (in the device web portal) to other options like 3s/5s/7s. This value defines
when the device should activate/deactivate talk mode.

Supported Real-time Auto-Framing on A30

You can set the tracking speed as “real-time” in the web user interface.

When participants move in the conference room, the camera will adjust the frame in real-time based on the
position of participants in the conference room.

OOBE UI Optimization

If the device fails to connect to the network, you can enter Deploy Confirm to see if the device connection was
correct or not.

After you complete the language/network/time zone/upgrade configuration, you can start Device Diagnosis to
check that the microphone, camera, and speakers can work properly.

Supported Side Toolbar

You can open the sidebar on any device interface by clicking the arrow button on the right side of the screen on
CTP18.

You can open the sidebar on any device interface by long pressing the menu button on the remote control.

The side toolbar displays the device network connection status and provides shortcut tools, including Home,
Settings, Camera Control , and Help Center for users.

 NOTE
When you select Zoom as the conference platform, the device does not support the sidebar function by default.

Supported Help Center

You can obtain technical support resources through the Help Center , which can be found in the side toolbar,
such as feature demonstration videos, etc.
Supported BYOD via USB-C
Now, A10 supports BYOD via USB-C. You can connect the USB-C cable (Included in the A10-010 bundle) to your
PC and start the BYOD and content sharing.

OOBE Optimization:
- Optimized the pairing with the CTP18. If you purchased a
combination kit, MeetingBar A20 and CTP18 would be paired
automatically.
- You can enable the Auto Update feature in the OOBE stage.
After enabling the Auto Update feature, you can check the
firmware status of the device through Yealink Cloud Service, and
1 if there is a new firmware, you can directly download and All Quick Setup
update the firmware.
If you have a firewall, open the following URL (dm.yealink.com;
ymcs.yealink.com; dmtcp.yealink.com; yl-us-
dmfile.yealinkops.com) and Ports (443, 80, 9989, 8443, 8445,
8446, 9984).
