hopes of demonstrating my desire to apply for the Schengen visa from … to … to visit my son
[x] who lives in Nijmegen.
My son has been enrolled in Master's programme in X. This September, my son will graduate
from the program; he invites me to attend his graduation ceremony.
My wife and I are owners of coffee and tea estates and plantations, where we have been
working on coffee and tea production. For tea production, we harvest tea leaves every three
weeks. For coffee plantations, we harvest coffee beans once per year. As coffee and tea
trading, purchasing, and distribution are still local businesses, we often trade to local coffee
and tea company, buyers, and roasters who often make payments directly via cash. In the last
two years, we have been expanding our cultivation of durian and pepper crops. In addition to
coffee and tea production, my wife and I also earn a regular income generated from our rental
housing property.
I have not seen my son for two years; I would like to visit him when I receive his invitation. I
hope I, as his father, can attend my son's graduation ceremony at a Dutch University. I would
like to spend time with my son in the Netherlands for two weeks. Also, I am always impressed
that the Netherlands is very famous for their beautiful landscapes and rich culture. Our family
would like to visit various cities in the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den
Haag, and Giethorn. We will also visit some famous museums, such as the Van Gogh
Museum, and visit beautiful places to see Dutch nature. After the two-week trip, I ensure that I
will come back to my country and continue with our coffee and tea production.
We will visit at my son's accommodation and stay at reserved hotels. After years of savings, I
guarantee that we can afford the trip and our spending for the expected period of stay in the
Netherland without any financial difficulty.
