WORK PROGRAM

We propose to construct Modern Bust Stops for E Buses in Jammu City. The bus stops will be
used to aid and support the Electric Bus Project of Jammu Smart City. It will used for
boarding and alighting of public transport.

If the work of Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Bus Stops is awarded to us than
we shall deploy a team of engineers who will carry out the survey of the proposed sites for
the said work. The team will assess the feasibility and availability of the site. The sites will be
inspected to ensure that the foundations can be casted without any hinderances to the
public and public property.

After the survey is completed, a survey report will be submitted to Engineer In Charge for its
review.

METHODOLOGY

The work of construction of Bus Stops shall start after receipt of Approved list of Sites where
Module A and Module B Bus Stops have to be constructed.
We shall deploy 5 teams comprising of one site supervisor and 5 site workers each. The team
shall first complete the marking of site and get the markings approved from the site
engineer appointed by Jammu Smart City Limited. Thereafter our site team shall start
construction of foundation. Simultaneously the steel structure of the Bus Stop shall be
fabricated at our factory.

After the completion of the foundation, we shall erect the bus stop structure at site.
Thereafter the team at site complete the flooring and make the bus stop ready for use.

ENVIROMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN

During the course of construction and Erection of Bus Stops, all the possible measures shall
be taken to ensure that there is no damage to any public property. We shall ensure that the
work is carried out in the most possible environmentally friendly way. The debris from the
construction work shall be stored in a way that it does not block the passage of pedestrians
and traffic. The debris which need to be disposed shall be disposed in an environment
friendly manner. All possible measures will be undertaken to curb most of the pollution from
the construction work.
