guidelines:
Course Name: Business Law

Submission date: 5 July 2024, i.e. a
working time of two weeks

A. General Instructions:
 Write a formal term paper on titles assigned to Your Respective groups.
 Extensively address the questions, main titles and subtitles assigned to you.
 Any usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT is strictly prohibited and results in
stringent penalties.
 Submissions should be original works and rules of referencing should be
strictly adhered to; there is zero tolerance to plagiarism.
 Use the official rules of the Oxford Standard for the Citation of legal
authorities (OSCOLA 4th edition) for referencing.
 Submission is required to be written form, times new roman, use 12 font size
with 1.5 line spacing for texts in the body part and 10 font size with single
line spacing for footnote citations.
 Submissions should not be below the minimum threshold of 10 pages and
should not in any case exceed the maximum limit of 15 pages.
 Submissions should be made only in hard-copy version This group
assignment carries 25% of the total grade allotted to Business Law course.

C. Procedural Contents:
 Your assignment term paper must contain the following formal and procedural contents
as a minimum threshold;
i. Introduction: Provide a brief over view of the subject matter on which you are writing
the term paper. This section should include precise relevant background information that
will help readers to comprehend the context of your term paper.
ii. Body: This is a place where you present your analytical capacity and understanding of
the subject matter as well your paraphrasing capabilities. Organize your paper into
sections that would address different aspects of your term paper. Use non-manual
headings and sub-headings to make it easier for reader to follow your analysis and
arguments.
iii. Conclusion: Summarize your analysis and discussions in a way that enables readers to
easily comprehend the overall contents of the paper.
iv. Recommendations: Provide recommendations either on the substantive and the
procedural aspects of your term paper or any other areas of concern for future
improvement.
