this document. Ref. to subject, we TECHNO TRENDS will proceed with the Delivery, Installation and
commissioning and proceed for approval for Net-Metering from NEPRA or respective DISCO of Solar
PV Power Plant for your premises. We offer our best quality services with all standards to maintain

 TERMS & CONDITIONS
The contract is being signed between TECHNO TRENDS and the consumer as per following terms and conditions.
The Term of this Agreement shall commence upon the execution of this Agreement and remain in force until the
Project is completed whereby the installation process comes to an end and the operational charge is handed over to
the customer for use of any applicable terms agreed.
1 Specifications and system terms are as follows:

a TECHNO TRENDS Tier 1(Grade A) Solar Panels will be installed.

b TECHNO TRENDS smart inverter of tier 1 brand will be used.
c DC/AC Cabling shall be used as per IEC and TECHNO TRENDS Standards.
d Protection and Grounding system will be installed as per NEPRA and TECHNO TRENDS
Standards.
e
Standard Structure used would be 14 Gauge with SS Nut Bolts. (Stability = 100km / hr wind speed)

f The customer shall permit TECHNO TREND Steam to work 24/7 (day and night working) in order
to meet the proposed Project completion / commissioning state.
g The designated technical staff of customer shall be trained for monitoring & operation of the
Project on site while 24/7 online monitoring shall be conducted by TECHNO TRENDS.
h Panels should be cleaned properly after regular intervals by consumer to maintain efficiency of the
system.
i Other Preventive maintenance that is required includes; Physical inspection and cleaning of
inverters for which training shall be provided by TECHNO TRENDS.
j Separate Agreement for regular inspection and cleaning of solar panels can be signed upon
customer request on a yearly basis.
k DC Earthing & AC Earthing bores would be separate and All Earthing SOPs will be followed,
providing the ohmic value < 05 Ohm (Earthing report shall be provided by TECHNO TRENDS).

TECHNO TRENDS reserves the right to remove all equipment installed at site in case if Payment is not

delivered by consumer as per agreed Payment terms.
3 This document is not valid for court.

The Agreement shall be kept confidential with no definitive period of time. The customer shall incur a
4 material breach that may give rise for a legal cause of action against it, should it disclose any technical
or commercial information to any third party without the prior written permit of TECHNO TRENDS.

Net Metering Time would be as per respective DISCO’s and customer shall cooperate in case of any

delay from respective DISCO.
Bill Adjustment time will be as per respective DISCO and not under TECHNO TRENDS Scope of

Work.
7 Meter Type (1 phase to 3-phase) is at client end.
8 Electrician must be provided from the client at the time of Inverter Commissioning and Load Testing.
Load Segregation and AC wiring from one DB Box to another DB Box for individual load connection is

at client end.

10 Sanction Load/Transformer is at Customer End.

11 Equipment delivered at site is customer’s Liability.
Material & Workmanship warranty for the solar panels will be 12 years while linear power output

warranty is 25 Years. (Warranty will not be covered under the following conditions).
a Scratches on Panels.
b Mechanical Damage on Panels.
c Mishandling of any equipment.
d External Faults will not be covered just like WAPDA Surge, Lightening on the Panels etc.
e Equipment Damage due to fire, water or natural disaster.
13 The Warranty of Inverter would be as per Manufacturer’s warranty period.

Company will cover these warranties on rectification of faults occurred during warranty period.
PCB Electrical Parts. Warranty will not be covered in the following circumstances:
a Damaged by Accidents.
b Electricity short circuit.
c Electricity Fluctuation from WAPDA.
d High/Low Voltage from GRID.
e Overloading of Appliances beyond Inverter capacity.
f Misuse/Mishandling of Equipment.
g Equipment Damaged due to fire, water or unavoidable natural circumstances.

14 Following Reports would be Provided at the time of handing over the Project to client.
a Duly Signed Completion Certificate would be Provided.
b All test Reports for Panels like Flash Test, COC and PSI report would be Provided.
c Inverter Warranty upon company Letter Head Would be Provided.
d Structure Stability Report upon company Letter Head would be Provided.
