PROTAL™ LIQUID COATINGS
Full Line of Protective Pipeline Coatings
Denso’s pipeline coatings can be applied by hand, spray or
cartridge gun. We offer a full range of fast cure, high build
epoxies for a variety of above and below ground corrosion
prevention applications.
SEALING & MOLDING
Self Supporting Molding Compounds
Self-supporting molding compounds provide a smooth profile
on irregular surfaces, such as flanges and couplings. These
products are used in conjunction with Denso’s Petrolatum
Tape Systems which require minimal surface preparation
(SSPC SP 2-3) and contain no VOC’s.
TAPE PRIMERS
Primers
Denso Tape Primers are used to displace moisture, pacify the
surface and aid in the adhesion of the tape system.
PETROLATUM TAPES
High Performance Petrolatum Wax Tapes
Denso’s Petrolatum Wax Tapes have a long history, with
Denso Tape being the first one developed in 1929. For over
90 years these high-performance petrolatum tape products
have provided corrosion prevention for above ground, below
ground, and underwater applications.
BITUMEN & BUTYL TAPES
High Performance Pipeline Tapes
High performance adhesive tapes for above ground and
below ground pipeline corrosion protection used on weld
joints, fittings, and fabrication. A complete line of adhesive
tapes ranging from 10 to 70 mils in thickness.
PROTECTIVE OUTERWRAPS
Mechanical Protection
Protective Outerwraps that are used to protect softer coatings
and tapes in aggressive applications.
SEASHIELD™ MARINE SYSTEMS
Pile Protection System
A full range of steel, concrete, and timber pile rehabilitation
systems. Our products include petrolatum wax tapes,
fiberglass jackets, epoxy grouts, cementitious grouts,
underwater epoxies and more.
ROAD PRODUCTS
Road Repair and Maintenance Products
Denso Road and Maintenance products provide a seal to
asphalt to steel and/or concrete surfaces. Can be used for
new road construction and maintenance, as well as bridge
repair, parking lots, railways and airport runway applications.
ARCHCO™ COATINGS & LININGS
Tank Coatings & Linings and Pipe Linings
Archco Coatings and Linings are used for corrosion
prevention in crude, gas, diesel, ethanol, and petrochemical
tanks, chime areas, heat exchangers, knock out drums, bund
areas, pressure vessels, and internal pipes and valves.
PROTAL™ COAL TAR EPOXIES
Coal Tar Epoxy & Coal Tar Replacement (CTR)
High build coal tar epoxies which can be applied up to
26 mils wet (19 mils dry) in one coat. These products are
manufactured in a standard version, a low VOC version and a
coal tar free version.
