Below are the detailed instructions for accessing the conference.

LOGIN
The conference link https://idmc2021.nowvirtual.live will be opened from 9:45am
Singapore time (GMT +8) on 3 & 4 September 2021.

If you log in before 9:45am Singapore time (GMT +8), you will see this screen:

At 9:45am Singapore time (GMT +8), the above screen will be updated. Enter
the email you used to register for the conference and proceed to click Login**.
Refresh your page if you do not see the Login page at the stated time.

** Please note that each email login is a unique user session. Subsequent login with the same email will
terminate previous user session.

CONFERENCE ACCESS
1. Conference Lobby
After Login, you will be brought to the Conference Lobby.

To gain access into the Conference itself, please click on the displayed language
to access the conference in that language. You will be brought to the Language
Auditorium.

If you are watching on a mobile device, please rotate your device.

At the Conference lobby, you can also do a few things by clicking on the following
icons at the top of your screen:

2. Language Auditorium
Upon selecting the conference language, you will be brought to the Language
Auditorium.

The conference will begin to play automatically at 10am Singapore time (GMT +8).
Please unmute your speaker by clicking on the icon on your playing screen to
listen to the conference.

POST CONFERENCE ACCESS
The 7 plenary sessions will be available on demand from 5 September 2021, 3pm
Singapore time (GMT +8).

The videos will be available for 45 days, up to 20 October 2021, 3pm Singapore
time (GMT +8).

How to access:

1. Go to https://idmc2021.nowvirtual.live

2. Enter the email you used to register for the conference and proceed to click Login

3. Click on your preferred Language room

4. Click on at the top of the screen in the Language Auditorium

5. Click on “View” for the plenary session that you would like to watch
