Established back in 1999, the First Pacific Leadership Academy (FPLA) has
distinguished itself over the years as a premier institution dedicated to
training and development. Renowned for its outstanding programs, FPLA
has earned accolades for its unwavering commitment to excellence.
VISION
The First Pacific Leadership Academy sees a future where it serves as Asia’s
gateway to the future of business and innovation.
MISSION
Champions do not belong solely to the world of sports. Organizations are
strengthened by having champions of innovation, excellence, and- above
all- bravery. The First Pacific Leadership Academy is intent on producing
champions for organizations in the Philippines and in the surrounding
regions.
CORE VALUES
Integrity
Everything we do must have a positive human impact. Concepts in
Leadership, innovation, and business cannot remain concepts. They must
their way into the real world and challenge the way we live for the better.
Bravery
Only the brave can truly innovate. It takes bravery to disrupt one’s own
organizations; to challenge tradition; and to evolve the status quo in pursuit
of the new and better.
Empathy
We value truth and honestly. It is not always easy to be brave, but the
knowledge that we’re doing right by our clients and our country empowers
us to lead change.
Adaptability
Throughout our incredible journey of discovery and learning, we eagerly
soaked up a wealth of knowledge, embracing each new experience with a
positive attitude and a deep-seated curiosity to expand our understanding
of the world. With unwavering determination and a strong sense of
purpose, we diligently executed the tasks set before us, showcasing our
unwaveringcommitment to our goals. While faced with various challenges
and obstacles during our expediton, we tackled them head-on, showing
resilience and perseverance in overcoming every difficulty that crossed our
path, ultimately emerging victorious through sheer grit and willpower.
When the day came for us to do ojt, I was nervous, I didn't know what to do
until we were grouped into three and then we were assigned to the
banguet. My first day at ojt, we wiped the plates, a basket and carried food
to feed the people from Doh and controlled the food, meaning we were the
ones who would spoon the dishes, and I did something wrong because it
was a little when I spooned the dough to someone, then I moved to
another dish, I went to the soup and then I enjoyed it, feeling full and
happy.
WORK IMMERSION
JOURNAL
During our thrilling first day of work immersion, we were enthralled by the
quantity of information that unfurled before us, putting light on the
company's complex rules and procedures. This in-depth examination of the
organizational framework provided us with a solid basis for navigating and
making important contributions in the professional world. Beyond
understanding these key requirements for effective workplace integration,
we attentively completed the all-encompassing acceptance form with the
aid of our valued mentor. Every minute element, from personal data to
unique organizational preferences, was painstakingly acquired and
meticulously maintained, assuring perfect alignment with the company's
dynamic structure. This careful approach guarantees a seamless and
successful placement inside the firm. However, it also emphasizes our
commitment to professionalism and dedication as we embark on this
transformational jour.
