Subject: 200106- PAR SL03 Loosen frame hole for install bearing left rear wheel.

1. Facts of the event:

On 1 AM, 1/6/2020, we found that the left rear wheel in tilt situation. So we
disassemble wheel assembly for inspection

2. Action taken:

After disassembling left wheel, we found that the bearing is not hold firmly by frame
hole

bearing is widen

3. Estimated of loss:

We need recondition for firmly install bearing

4. Analysis reason of incident:

Long time using cause widen the hole

3. Lesson and preventive:

Need to check and repair on time.
