Re: Calendar Year 2009 Filing Dear Mr, Baldock: I received your letter dated July 22, 2010 regarding Part VII, page 4, lines 1, 2, 9 and 1.4 of my Year 2009 report. I bought the. real property in Helena before I came onto the court in April 2008 and am sure that I reported it in at least one previous report. In fact, I was told to amend either my initial report or my 2008 report because I had included the address of the property on that report. As fbr the Kraft and Phillip Morris/Altria entries, I did not purchase these stocks in 2008; however, I believe that is when Altria split and Kraft and Phillip Morris were spun off. Although I do not have my previous reports with me, if I remember correctly, my 2008 report would have reflected that I owned Altria which broke up and spun 6ff Kraft and Phillip Morris. Finally, as for the Schwab S&P Index fund, I purchased that fund on December 10, 2009 and I simply failed to fill out Column D of my2009 report, which should have stated as tbllows: D(1) buy; (2) 12/10/09; and (3) J. Please tbrgive me for all of these problems.
