I’m Navesh Phadte, a working food
service professional with Anantara The
Palm Resort Dubai the city. Welcome to
my life, a life of cakes, sugar, chocolate
and sweets galore; an enticing world of
creativity, hard work, and passion.

CHEF NAVESH PHADTE

There are many aspects of this field that I love; however cakes, plated
desserts, and chocolates are my absolute favorite. During the summer of
2012 I was lucky enough to study and work practice with premium luxury
chains of hotels. During my time there I learned so much about pastry
culture. I was even lucky enough to be selected as Sous chef pastry/bakery
for the planning, execution, and production.

A self motivated chef who leads by example managing the entire

pastry/bakery operation,menu plaining,taking inventry,controling
cost,developing the recipe. Consistently brainstorms with staff members
to create fresh and innovative new menu ideas.

Just some other information about me, I grew up in Goa, India although I
currently working in Bangalore. Additionally won manager of the month,
received culinary high performer award. Also Participeted in India Pastry
Cup 2023 competition. Do all things with passion and love is my life motto.
