Instructions
For a step-by-step instructional video, visit Spencley Design Co on YouTube!

1. Break down your plywood pieces for the legs down into rough geometry. Make sure to cut things oversize at
this point.

2. Using either plywood or MDF, we need to create a leg template. First, cut this template piece down to exact size

3. Cut your desired curve into the template piece. We chose to make a ½” curve

4. Place the template on top of an oversized leg piece and trace the pattern from the template

5. Remove the template, and remove the bulk of the excess material of the curve with a jigsaw or bandsaw

6. Place the template back on top of the leg piece, and use a router and flush trim big to perfectly trace the
template around the leg leaving the top and bottom mostly untouched.

7. Cut the leg piece down to final length

8. Repeat until you have 4 legs cut to shape

9. Cut center supports down to size
