SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all men by These Present: - That I Mst. Zanib Bibi wife of Farman Elahi
resident of House No. ZA-1711, Masjid Noorani Pirwadahi, P.O Pirwadahi,
Rawalpindi, do hereby appoint and nominate my real Husband Mr. Farman Elahi
S/o Siraj Din, r/o House No. ZA-1711, Masjid Noorani Pirwadahi, P.O Pirwadahi,
Rawalpindi NIC No. 37405-0274645-9 as my true and lawful “SPECIAL ATTORNEY”
to do the following Acts, Deeds, matters and things of entire pending or may be
initiated in the court on my name and behalf upto the Supreme Court of Pakistan
regarding civil matters and also pending adjudication between Zanib Bibi Vs.
Naseer Ahmed. Pending adjudication before the court of Mr. Malik Imran Shahbaz,
Civil Judge, Rawalpindi.
1. To manage and supervise of my all cases which is pending or may be
initiated in near future in any competent court of jurisdiction regarding the
civil matters.
2. To appears in the courts on my behalf, to sign the documents. To give
evidence on my behalf.
3. To file any written statement, to sign and verify the plaint and reply on my
behalf.
4. To engage any advocate, sign vakalatnama, to swear any affidavit or
agreement.
5. To file any suit, appeal, revision and review in the Court.
6. To make any compromise with the parties.
7. To receive and withdraw any amount for the proceedings of the case, to file
any appeal in any forum upto Supreme Court of Pakistan.
8. To produce any summon and produce any witnesses on my behalf.
9. To sign and verify the plaint and to do all others allied matters that are
necessary for the proceedings of the case(s).
Generally all acts, deeds, matters and things done by this attorney shall be
construed as having done by me. I do hereby ratify and confirm the same.
