Through the kind courtesy of the Hon'ble HOD Ma'am Somdatta Chakravortty, Department
of MTech IT, I beg to state that I have been admitted to the MTech IT programme of your
esteemed University for the session 2023-24. The classes for the said programme have
already commenced from 11th September 2023.

I am a resident of Durgapur,Contai,Purba Medinipur,West Bengal which is about 250 km

away from the University campus. I am currently staying with a relative, but it is not a viable
long-term solution.

Due to these unforeseen financial challenges, I am unable to meet the upcoming payment
deadline. I kindly request an extension to arrange the necessary funds so that I can secure
my admission in the hostel.
