WAYS PEOPLE CAN MOTIVATE OTHERS TO WORK HARDER AND ACHIEVE MORE.

● set strict deadlines

● reward them for their efforts
● make the work itself enjoyable to do

In this day and age, few people would dispute the fact that work is a tough and sorrowful
activity. Under no circumstances will workers claim for more work, in fact, every one of us
expects to cut their work out as fast as possible. However, is there any solution? How can
we sort out this ubiquitous problem?

To begin with, it is important to mention that barely had someone heard when any worker
have been ecstatic while working. As far as I am concerned, every work has any drawback,
and workers usually end up feeling pissed off about their work and the fellow workers.
Instead of working in that negative environment, some companies have attempted to tackle
that problem. That is to say, when a worker is bearing or enduring an arduous task, they
reward them with extra prizes, so as to achieve extra motivation and bring on more
excitement in their sorrowful times.

Closely related to the point mentioned above, one of the methods that has been suggested
is to reduce the amount of working hours. All the evidence suggests that if we slightly cut
back on our laboral days, the same productivity will be accomplished. This statement has
marked a turning point in companies, and even if they know the hazardous effects of these
measures, the benefits of it far outweigh the disadvantages.

Taking all of this into consideration, it is evident that some measures should be taken. As a
matter of fact, if actions were taken now, a lot of money could be saved in the future. It is not
to say that compulsory changes should be made, it is to say that current laboral situation
should be analyzed, so as to attempt to attain a healthier laboral life.
