This is to inform you that the ELD app has recorded a speeding violation for the fifth consecutive time during your
recent trips. Safety is paramount, and repeated infractions are a serious concern. This serves as a final warning.
Continued violations may result in more severe consequences, including disciplinary actions. We urge you to
prioritize adherence to speed limits for the well-being of all road users. Your immediate attention and compliance
are expected. And as a result, retraining is required. Please contact David Murphy from the safety department, to
set
up a re-training course by Jan 05, 2023. Failure to comply in the time frame mentioned above, will result in you
being
placed out of service until it's resolved..
