Job Title: Pharma/Healthcare Recruiter- US Staffing

Salary - 25K to 50K

Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM)

Duration - Full Time/ Permanent

Perquisites : Both Sides Cab and Free Meals


Working Days : Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday are fixed off)

Role & Responsibilities:

 Will be working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements related to


Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians etc (Healthcare Nursing)
 Recruit Nurses (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed
vocational nurse, Certified nursing assistant, Case Manager)
 Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,)
 Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare
clients in the US.
 Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills
set as per the job specifications.
 Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of theclient
and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references,
headhunting, networking sites.
 Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill
level.
 Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all
assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
 Responsible in mentoring team too in accordance with individual
recruitment.
 Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients
in the US.
 Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates
through various job portals and networking websites.
 Responsible for handling different types of healthcare requirements
 Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into
interview and placement
 Working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements on a day today
basis.
 • Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients
in the US.
 • Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and
fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references,
headhunting, networking sites.
