波勒过滤器维护步骤

A. After Every ballasting process(每次压载后)

1. Before the ballasting operation is ended, the filter should be flushing for at least 10
minutes (by pushing the manual flushing button on the operation interface) and stop
ballast pump after the manual flushing is completed.
每次压载结束前，在停止压载泵前对过滤器进行至少 10 分钟的连续反冲洗（通过控制系
统的手动冲洗按钮来实现），当过滤器完成手动反冲洗后停压载泵。

B. Out of service in Short period (12hours to 3months)

短期停用（12 小时到 3 个月）：

1. If the ballasting operation will be carried out in 12 hours, please keep filter is full of
water without any more action.
滤器如果在 12 小时内，要进行下一次压载，保证滤器内处于满水状态的情况，可以
不要采取进一步动作。
2. If next ballasting operation is more than 12hours, then below procedure ‘drain sea water,
fill fresh water’ should be done.
如果压载的间隔大于 12 小时，那么要对滤器执行“放海水，充淡水”的动作。
The details of operation 具体操作步骤如下：
2-1:Maker sure that filter inlet, outlet and flushing valves are all closed.
确保滤器的进出口，以及排污阀关闭。
2-2：Open the manual vent valve. If there is no manual vent valve, please loosen the
blind flange on the top of filter.
打开滤器的放气阀，如无放气阀，可松开顶部的盲板法兰。

2-3：Open the drain valve, and let see water comes out of filter, and then close this valve
打开滤器的放残阀，先把滤器内部的海水泄放。然后，关闭这个阀门。
2-4：Open the fresh water filling valve, until the water comes out of manual vent valve or
blind flange, then close the filling valve.
打开滤器的淡水加注阀，直到有水放气阀或者从松开盲板法兰处漏出。
Note：The best fresh water should be soft water (the fresh water from onboard fresh
water generator is recommended.)
注：最好加注软水（推荐使用如船舶造水机生产的淡水）
2-5：Close the fresh water filling valve.
关闭淡水加注阀。

 3. If filter stops more than half months, below actions should be carried out every half
months:
如果滤器停用超过半个月，则需要每半个月执行以下两个动作，以防止滤芯结垢，
反冲洗运动部件卡死。
3-1：Use Special tool turns the gear motor about 400 circles. Or Make the filter motor
turns 20 seconds with inlet and outlet valves close. 用专用工具转动滤器电机约 400
圈。或者，在滤器进出口阀门关闭的情况下，让滤器的电机通电约 20 秒。

3-2：Carry out ‘drain sea water, fill fresh water’ as item 2-1 to 2-5 mentioned.
再执行一次“放海水，充淡水”的动作。详见 2-1 到 2-5。

C. Long term out of service (More than 3 months)

长期停用（超过三个月不使用）：
1. Take out all filter candles and clean them by fresh water
把全部滤芯拿出，用淡水冲洗干净。
2. Dry the element by compressed air or by naturally drying.
再压缩空气把滤芯吹干，或者让滤芯自然风干。
3. If all filter valves have no leakage, the filter candles can be put back into filter, and make
sure the filter inside is dry.
If some valve is leaking water, then filter candles have to be safely stored until next
operation is requested.
如果滤器所有阀门都没有任何泄漏，可以把滤芯装回滤器内。保证滤器内部干燥。
如果滤器有阀门不关严，请把滤芯妥善保管，直到下次使用前，才装复。
