1. Activity Description
1.3. Write a short description of an influential person in your region using the
past simple,present perfect, and adjectives. You can guide yourself by the
examples in Module 5 - Exercise 6 INFORMATION ABOUT FAMOUS PEOPLE.

i. The tutor will share the schedule of the workshops that will be

3.1 For the development of this step, you will prepare a presentation of one of
the parts of your magazine (Be You or Be Green) Choose one of the parts,
create some slides, and make your video.

For your speaking presentation via video, please, bear in mind:
● Make some slides about part of the magazine you choose.
● During the video recording you must show your face. Your video must have a
maximum duration of 3 minutes. You can see the following examples:

● Record your video in real-time showing your face, looking at the camera, and
speaking in English. Make sure you use the information you have in your magazine.
● Upload your video to YouTube, Google Drive or OneDrive. Make sure it has public
access and share the link in the forum.
In any case, make sure you comply with the rules and avoid academic plagiarism.
You can review your written products using the Turnitin tool found in the virtual
campus. Under the Academic Code of Conduct, the actions that infringe the academic order,
among others, are the following: paragraph e) Plagiarism is to present as your own work all or
