"THE DANGERS OF CONSUMING SUGARY FOODS AND DRINKS"

In the current era of modern life, foods and drinks high in sugar have become an inevitable part
of our lifestyle. However, we must be aware that consuming too much sugar can have serious
impacts on our health. Sugar in food and drinks can cause unexpected illnesses and certainly be
detrimental to long-term health, such as the risk of obesity and heart problems.

Sugar also does not provide good benefits and nutrition for our bodies, so it is not good if
consumed in "excessive" amounts. When we consume a lot of foods and drinks that contain
high sugar, our bodies may experience weight gain and the risk of type two diabetes.

Therefore, awareness of the dangers of consuming foods and drinks with too much sugar is
very important, so that we can make healthier food choices and reduce the incidence of health
problems
