JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

RE: ONE AND THE SAME PERSON

We, FAYE GENEVIEVE P. PASAMONTE and CLEMEN S. TABLANTE, both of legal ages,
Filipinos, single, and residents of E.M.P. Village, 10-A Marfori Heights, Davao City, and Del
Pilar Village Purok 31, Maa, Davao City, Philippines, respectively, after having been sworn in
accordance with the law hereby depose and state that:

1. We personally know NATHAN ERZA CHIONG ARCENAL, who is the son of our
former classmate and long-time friend, MA. FLORA ARCENAL;

2. We know for a fact that the person by the name of “NATHAN EZRA CHIONG
ARCENAL” appearing in some documents or specifically in his School Records/ Form
137 and other documents and the name “NATHAN ERZA CHIONG ARCENAL” as
appearing in the Certificate of Live Birth issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority,
Philippines, refer to one and the same person;

3. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing persons within the fourth civil
degree either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary interest in this
matter whatsoever;

4. To remove confusion as to the two names, we hereby declare that the name NATHAN
ERZA CHIONG ARCENAL and “NATHAN EZRA CHIONG ARCENAL” refer to
one and the same person;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing statement
and to establish the identity of the foregoing for all legal intents and purposes it may
serve.
