Jose Randy Yoingco is a licensed Electronics


Communications Engineer and currently the Project
Manager for Remote Monitoring System (RMS). He
joined OneComm on October 28, 2019 and has brought
with him his almost 20 years of experience in
Telecommunications and Project Management.

Prior to joining OneComm, Randy worked for various


local and international companies, such as Smart
Communications, Nokia Networks, Department of
Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and
Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. His past roles took him to
different parts of the world as he was assigned to
countries like Mexico, Columbia, USA, Egypt, Taiwan,
