Dear USEC Palmares;

Greetings!

This is in connection to the Mitsubishi pickup, 4x4, model 2023, and Series of 2024 of
Support to Parcelization of Lands to Individual Titling (SPLIT) assigned to the respective
DAR Regional Project Management Offices and Provincial Project Management Offices
offices (R/PPMOs) last year.

Wherein, in the distribution list for all operating units, the PPMO Camiguin has an alloted 1
assigned pickup. However, the said pickup vehicle was assigned to the province of
Bukidnon instead of the PPMO Camiguin and still needs to be received by the office.
Likewise, RD Macadindang said that PPMO Camiguin will be given a vehicle but at of the
moment no vehicle has been forwarded to the province.

In view thereof, may I request that the said pickup vehicle be returned to the PPMO of
Camiguin so that the personnel assigned to SPLIT and the 4 sectors can use it, likewise, we
have submitted our vehicle request since our over 20years vehicle is not anymore road
worthy and this week we have more than 80,000 purchase request cost for repair.

Attached is the inventory report submitted to DARCO Central Office last year.
