1. The sheet piles shall be in good condition; damaged or distorted sheet piles shall not be used.
2. No over_excavation shall be permitted 12m Long, Grade 275, Interlocked, FSP III A Sheet Pile
3. Stockpiling of excavated material on retained side shall be avoided as far as possible
4. Movement of machineries up to 20m behind the sheet pile shall be kept to minimum possible
5. In any case, total surcharge due to item 3 and 4 above shall not exceed 10 kPa of surcharge
6. Removal of Strut T2:
The gap between the structure (concrete wall/ slab inside cofferdam) and the inside of cofferdam shall be filled with incompressible fill material such as compacted hardcore,
sand or gravel up to underside of strut T2 before removing the the same.
