I am trying to contact you and Mr.vikas more than 15 days. Both are skipping the calls and not replying
to mails. Then what to do ? How long should I wait? I waited patiently for more than 7 months.

Reason for contacting GFTL for PF ( Instead of EPFO pune)

You are aware that in earlier mails I mentioned that reply from EPFO, that they requested to contact
the employer for this issue so only am contacting GTFL.

pls refer to the attachment for the EPFO reply and Website error.
KYC updation should be done at the time of UAN registration and it should be done from your end.
Problem is at your end and everything is online. Why should i go and visit SUBEPFO pune.

My two questions are as follows: can pls answer this?

1) When the kyc needs to be updated ? after one year of resignation or at the time of uan
generation After one year of resignation you collect the documents and submiting for KYC updation,at
the time of joining itself i requested to continue in old uan/ close it,, but you not taken any steps on it .

2) Already I have the UAN no : 100412893335, then why created another one UAN :100412893326
and deposited my PF amounts in it which caused the problem.

if i visit the office will it be solved? Why should i come and do in HO, pls explain i can't understand?

making and reminding frequently weekly twice for the past 7 months.

I resigned my Job in the last year November -2023

After clearing my Due at GTFL i submitted my clearance Documents on 27th June -2023 ,

From that time onwards I have been following Mr. Vikas and Mr. Dilip for more than six
months on a weekly basis.
It was more than a year i left Garware, but Still my PF is pending

During today discussion with Mr.Vikas, conveing that it will take another /upto 5 months to update
KYC at EPFO,

At the time of UAN generation itself, GFTL PF HANDLING TEAM need to update my Adhaar and details
(KYC) with EPFO office/website , but they not submitted it and they submitted it last month only.

Already have UAN with Garware but again they regenerated new UAN and making lot mistake, which
cause huge delay in my PF cleareane.

Seeking your help in closing the issue.
