RE: Fire Drill Request Letter

Dear Sir/ Ma’am

Good day

As part of our company’s annual fire prevention and control activities and in-
compliance with safety standards Rule 1940: Fire Protection and Control 1948:03
Fire exit drills, to have awareness of the proper actions be an automatic response
whenever fire alarms sound, so that everyone safely evacuates the area in an orderly
manner.

The basic firefighting training is to give participants skills, knowledge, and

expertise that will enable them to identify the conditions capable of causing fire,
know how to use a fire extinguisher, respond appropriately to fire emergencies, and
follow the fire evacuation plan, and adequately implement fire emergency
procedures.

We would like to request your good office to conduct a fire safety seminar as
well as an actual fire drill on our premises this coming October 23, 2022.
