Resolution Authoring the Municipal Treasurer to Collect Fees for Barangay Clearance for Permit
and Locational Clearance Purposes.
Whereas, the Sangguniang Barangay is very much Supportive with the thrust of the National
Government which is Ease of Business.
Whereas, as a manifestation of support, it is necessary to incorporate barangay clearance fees for
the application/renewal and locational fees in the collection of the Municipal fees by the Municipal
Treasurer.
Now therefore, on motion of _______ duly seconded by________. It was resolved as it is hereby
resolved to authorize the Municipal Treasurer to collect fees for Barangay Clearance for Business
Permit and locational clearance purposes.
Resolved further that copies of this resolution be furnished the offices concerned.
