Remember that our mood can influence


our perception of reality, a good attitude
can be enough to ignore the bad things
and take advantage of the good things.

INCORPORATE EXERCISE INTO YOUR LIFE


Adding physical activities to your routine can be
ideal for improving your posture, reducing stress
and depression, feeling more satisfied with your
body, and developing more strength for your daily
activities.

SLEEP 7-8 HOURS

Sleeping more than 8 hours increases


your energy the next day, try to sleep
more hours to rest your body and mind.

DRINK MORE WATER


Generally we are so busy working,
studying or doing something we are
passionate about, that we forget when the
last time we drank water was, was it 2
hours ago? Was it this morning?

IMPROVE YOUR DIET

Always seek to maintain a balanced diet,


adequately ingesting carbohydrates,
lipids, proteins and vitamins.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I STAY POSITIVE?


A positive mindset will help you get
through difficult times more easily. It will
help you continue working to meet your
goals, even if things are not going in your
favor at that moment.

SHARE MOMENTS

Enjoy leisure and free time with your


family to rest your body and mind.

DOES HYGIENE INFLUENCE A HEALTHY LIFE?

Maintain appropriate hygienic habits of


personal hygiene, clothing and footwear

AVOID PROCESSED FOODS


Foods, such as sugary drinks, sodas, juices, fast
foods, sausages, since they are foods that contain
excessive sugar, saturated fat, and sodium and
make us prone to developing diseases such as
diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular diseases,
because they are foods that tend to be addictive.
