to Ambit Buildwell Pvt. Ltd, to initiate an amicable settlement discussion under Clause 19 of
the Work Order Agreement dated 06.06.2023 for “Diaphragm Wall Work of Paras Avenue,
Sector-129, Noida (UP).” As outlined in the letter, we are keen to resolve the outstanding
