RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Management in developing "Safety policy”. Ensure that policy is communicated down the
level and understood by all.
• Advise Management on the contractual/local law requirements/regulation for safety Health &
Environment and will advise any modification to safety requirements and will be vigilant on
ways and means to improve existing work method promoting safety.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of "New Employee Safety Orientation
Program. “Up on their employment, assignment or promotion, he will ensure that they are
familiar with the Work place Safety rules & regulations .Document and keep record of all
employees who attend orientation sessions with their signoff sheets.
• Develop Safety Orientation and procedures for visitors and vendors. Monitor that they comply

accident, I will first approach to the concerned foremen /Supervisor to get it collected. If there
is a dispute or taking corrective measures is beyond limitation of the foreman, safety officer
will contact his superior. There by his reach will be up to the level of Project
Manager/Managing Director. Prepare daily inspection report and send a copy to
section/Project Manager.
 • Develop and implement a work permit system to control specific work activities which may
hazardous and require extra precautions, or to control a standard activity in side a hazardous
area. This will include Hot Work Permits, entry permits
