Church administration

1 Home office ExCOP meeting November 12-19

4 COP video meetings with Home office starting February

4 COP meetings in Asia one week after each ExCOP meeting

Help in organizational renewal of GCI India; explore the development of a leadership team in
Hyderabad, Bangalore, commissioning of new pastors for South East Asia, identify and develop emerging
leaders for Asia, and creating a missional mindset for our churches in the Asian Region.

ministry alignment and branding

monthly reporting of COP to Dr. Greg

optimizing logistical resources especially trips to achieve several objectives like pastoral, leadership
meetings, possible training, etc.

Church development/ leadership development

-intentional succession plan for the next level of leaders

- development of the COP and denominational leaders into REAL ( relationally connected,
enthusiastically engaged, affirming liberating) teams through

. Visioning and cascading retreats, assessments, strategy workshops in 2019 for alignment to above
goals
- Encouraging leaders to cascade through the Area Superintendents these initiatives to the local
areas, using High Challenge and High support Grace Always as ministry template

Quarterly follow through thru the COP and the Philippine DS/ ASs.

- Mentoring opportunities through:

- several joint visits, team dynamics in decision making;

- co facilitation of training events, fostering inter regional cooperation. This was applied to our joint
leadership meeting in India, and essessing future partners or affiliates last September. We intend to do
this in India in January and hopefully in Nepal in March.

One of them is the participation of COP in the leadership retreat for GCI India combined north and
south leaders this January.

- joint participation in special events such as conferences, festivals,

camps. Last year, ein Kong was guest speaker in Baguio Festival, and we are exploring Danny to come
and bring one or two emerging leaders to attend any of the feast sites in the Phillipines

- Developing new GCI connections and partnerships to increase and deepen GCI presence in the Asia
Region through intentional partnerships towards stronger GCI presence.

- Resource development for outreach projects ( Adopt a school, relief and rehab, small group training;

- help to explore the reviving of the GCI work in Sri Lanka

Training and Development

- Support ACCM training ( thru live and/ or distance learning for at least Filipino 30 students to
graduate with intermediate diploma in 2020

- Encourage COP to support at least 6 students from Southeast Asia and 6 from India to continue
intermediate ACCM training

- Sustain at least two scholars for diploma courses for GCS ( Audie Santibanez, Aron Tolentino

- Support 2 filipino students and 1 Thai leader for Masters degree in Transformationsl Leadership in
IGSL Philippines. I will encourage COP to recruit one each from region in Southeast Asia and India
subcontinent

- Sustain 10 students emerging for Masters in Fomational Counseling

- Recruit and raise support for 12 present and emerging leaders for Masters Degree in Church and
Community Transformation.
- Co host Binay from Bangladesh and hopefully 3 ladies in second quarter for Tesol Education and
ministry internship in GCI church.

- Spiritual formation retreats for leaders and emerging leaders in 3rd Q. All these above formal
trainings is to build a pool of trained trainors who can help train leaders locally and regionally in Asia,
and deepen their faith

- Host 2 conferences in Luzon and Visayas on Small Groups and preaching by Dr.Gary Deddo in May
2019.

- sustain our Emerging Leaders Program in the Philippines for developing and mentoring the next
generation of leaders.

Missions and outreach

- explore with COP on how to build a missional mindset for our regions through the planning and
strategy meetings that will highlight being missional.

- identify possible affiliations and church planting oportunities in other areas the region

- continue to pilot new initiatives like the Adopt A School or Adopt a Village that will start community
based ministries.

- launch the Small Group Movement which wiill be a meaningfu tool for diiscipleship worship and
outreach

- support at least one mission trip, and a missions conference

Worship Venue

- continue the preaching seminars to include areas in the south, offer speech or life clubs wherever
feasible

promote and support at least 2 worship worship training workshops in Luzon- North Luzon and
Mindanao to strengthen Worship venue

Host combined worship and feasts for brethren to enjoy a bigger worship experience with brethren
from different churches, deepen their affinity with GCI and for exposure to worship in GCI. one of these
is the combined service during Dr. Greg’s visit.
