AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This Amendment to Employment Contract (“Amendment”) is executed and entered into on

1st of June 2023 at Taguig City by and between

JK ESSENTIALS CORP., a corporation duly organized and existing under

the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with office address at Unit 2101
The Finance Center Bldg., 26th St. Corner 9th Avenue, BGC, Taguig City,
represented herein by its General Manager, HANTER HAM, hereinafter
referred to as the “EMPLOYER”

-and-

JOSELITO SAMSON, of legal age, Filipino, single/married and a resident of

Blk. 8 Lot 227 Phase 2A Greenbreeze Subdivision, Brgy. San Isidro
Rodriguez, Rizal, hereinafter referred to as “EMPLOYEE”;

WITNESSETH, THAT:

WHEREAS, the parties previously entered into an Employment Contract;

WHEREAS, the parties mutually agreed to amend the said contract;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties hereby
agree as follows:

1. Effectivity Period: The effectivity period of the Employment Contract is amended to

reflect the true date of June 1,2023.

2. Employment Period. For purposes of benefits to the EMPLOYEE, the EMPLOYER

acknowledge and understand that the full Employment period of the said
EMPLOYEE started from his/her Employment in GREENDAY STAFFING
SOLUTIONS INC. based on his/her original Contract of Employment;

3. All previous benefits and rights accrued in the whole duration of the Employment
period shall be respected.

4. All previous terms and provisions of that Contract that are not modified, altered and
amended shall remain valid, effective, legal and binding between the parties.
